What are Super Likes and Boosts, and how do I get them?

A Super Like tells someone that you are especially interested, and a Boost puts your profile at the top of the deck for 30 minutes; both are included in paid plans in weekly amounts and can also be bought one at a time.

Super Likes

1. Open a profile in the deck.
2. Tap the star instead of the heart.
3. The person sees that you Super Liked them, both in their deck and in their Likes You tab.

A Super Like is not a shortcut to a match. The other person still decides. But it stands out, and it tells them you did not just swipe past.

Weekly allowance:

• Ohrny Plus: 5 Super Likes per week.
• Ohrny Platin: 7 Super Likes per week.

Boosts

1. Open the deck and tap the Boost button.
2. Confirm. Your Boost starts right away.
3. For the next 30 minutes your profile is shown at the top of the deck to people in your area whose filters include you.

Best used at a time when many people are browsing, for example in the evening. Ohrny Platin includes one Boost every week.

Buying more

Super Likes and Boosts are also available as one-time purchases inside the app, on any plan including Free. They are billed through Apple or Google like everything else on Ohrny.

Good to know

• Weekly allowances do not roll over. Unused Super Likes or an unused weekly Boost expire at the end of the week and a fresh allowance starts.
• One-time purchases do not expire at the end of the week.
• Boosting while incognito browsing is on does little, because incognito hides you from everyone you have not liked. Turn incognito off for the 30 minutes if you want the full effect.
• Your photos stay blurred during a Boost. A Boost changes how often you are seen, not what is seen.
• Platin members also get priority likes: your likes are shown to people sooner.
