How do refunds and billing through Apple or Google work?
Updated 26 September 2026
Everything you pay for in Ohrny is charged by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to the store where you bought it; Ohrny cannot issue refunds itself.
What is billed through the store
- Ohrny Plus and Ohrny Platin subscriptions.
- One-time purchases of Super Likes and Boosts.
The charge appears on your Apple or Google statement. Ohrny never sees your card details.
Request a refund on iPhone
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Find the Ohrny purchase.
- Choose Request a refund, pick a reason and submit.
Apple reviews the request and decides.
Request a refund on Android
- Open play.google.com and sign in with the Google account you used.
- Go to Order history and find the Ohrny purchase.
- Choose Request a refund or Report a problem and follow the steps.
Google reviews the request and decides.
Good to know
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling after the renewal does not undo the charge, but you keep your features until the period ends.
- Deleting the app or your Ohrny account does not stop the subscription. Cancel it in the store.
- Weekly allowances of Super Likes and the weekly Boost do not roll over, and unused allowances are not refunded.
- If a purchase did not arrive, for example a Boost you paid for is not showing, force-close and reopen Ohrny first. If it is still missing, write to support@ohrny.com with the store receipt so we can check.
- Ohrny support can help with anything inside the app, but store billing, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple and Google. Their decision is final.
- Family or shared accounts: the charge is on the account that made the purchase in the store, so ask that person to request the refund.
