How do I delete my Ohrny account and my data?

You delete your account under Settings → Account → Delete account, or at ohrny.com/delete-account if you no longer have the app; your data is removed within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

Delete in the app

Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account.
Read what will be removed and confirm.

Your profile disappears from Ohrny immediately. Your matches no longer see you, and your chats are closed.

Delete without the app

Go to ohrny.com/delete-account.
Sign in with the email address or phone number you used for Ohrny.
Confirm the deletion.

Before you delete

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an Ohrny Plus or Platin subscription, because billing runs through Apple or Google. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscriptions, otherwise it keeps renewing.
Download your data if you want a copy. Go to Settings → Account → Download your data and you receive a file with your profile information and activity.
Just need a break? Pause account under Settings → Account hides your profile but keeps your matches and chats. Deleting is permanent.

What happens to your data

Your account, profile, photos, matches and chats are removed within 30 days of your request.
Copies in backups are removed within 90 days.
Verification selfies were already deleted right after the verification check, so there is nothing to remove there.
Reports you made or that were made about you may be kept by the safety team as required to keep Ohrny safe.

Other account changes

Change your email address or handle under Settings → Account.
Notification preferences are under Settings → Notifications and in your phone's system settings.
