small print.

The agreement.

By creating an Ohrny account or using the app, you're agreeing to these terms with Ohrny BV (Postbus 41, 1011 AA Amsterdam, The Netherlands). If you don't agree, don't sign up — that's the whole rule.

Who can use Ohrny.

Ohrny is for adults — strictly 18 and over — who are single, or in an openly non-monogamous relationship where their partner consents. Using Ohrny to hide from a partner who hasn't agreed to non-monogamy violates these terms. That's a bright line.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your country of residence.

Your account.

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials private. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us at security@ohrny.app immediately.

You can have one account at a time. Multiple accounts, including those created to evade a ban, will be removed.

Acceptable conduct.

Ohrny is a small, calm space. Don't ruin it. The following will get your account removed without refund:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or coordinated abuse of other members.
• Soliciting, advertising, or commercial activity of any kind.
• Impersonation, catfishing, or use of others' photos without permission.
• Sharing minors' images, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery — ever, anywhere.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical measure or scrape user data.

Content you post.

You own what you post. By posting it, you grant Ohrny a limited licence to store, display, and deliver it to other users for the purpose of operating the app. We don't claim ownership and don't sell your content.

Don't post content that is illegal, misleading, or violates someone else's rights. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

Subscription & billing.

• Free for 14 days from signup. No card required to start.
• After the trial: €14.99/month or €129/year (≈€10.75/month).
• Renewals are automatic. We'll email you 7 days before each renewal.
• Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
• EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal applies from first paid period. We'll refund within 14 days of receipt.
• No ads, no boosts, no priority placement, no in-app purchases. The price you see is the only price.

Termination.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your data is purged on the schedule in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonable. For severe violations (illegal content, threats to safety, fraud), removal is immediate and without refund.

Disclaimers.

Ohrny is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the actions of other users — please use your own judgement and report anything that concerns you.

Liability.

To the extent permitted by law, Ohrny's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country give you the right to sue locally.

Changes.

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Ohrny after that date means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the changes apply.
