20 features
Everything the app does, and why.
Privacy is not a settings page on Ohrny; it is how the whole thing is built. Here is every feature and how it works.
Privacy
What strangers see: nothing you did not choose.
Blurred photos
Every photo starts blurred. Strangers see a silhouette, prompts and interests — never your face.
Mutual reveal
Photos, age and distance unlock in one card — only when both of you tap "I'm ready".
Anonymous handle
Sign up with whatever name you like. Your legal name, phone number and email are never shown.
Incognito mode
See profiles without appearing in anyone's deck or "viewed you" list until you like them.
Hide age & distance
Hide your age, your distance, or both, until the mutual reveal.
Block your contacts
Upload your contact list hashes and those people are removed from your deck — and you from theirs.
Discovery
Find people who want what you want, when you want it.
Intent modes
Tonight. This week. Slow. Open. Join a mode for 24 hours and meet people who chose the same one.
Travel mode
Drop a pin on any city and browse there before you land.
Advanced filters
Height, lifestyle, verified-only and more, on top of age and distance.
Super Like
Stand out in someone's deck with a Super Like. Weekly allowance on Plus and Platin.
Boost
A Boost puts your blurred card at the top of the deck for everyone nearby for 30 minutes.
Likes You
A list of everyone who liked you. Like back and it is a match.
Rewind
Passed by accident? Rewind brings the card back.
Chat & calls
Talk without handing over a number.
Disappearing messages
Messages that delete themselves after 24 hours, for both sides.
Screenshot shield
Screen capture is blocked inside chats on iOS and Android, and you are told if someone tries.
Voice & video calls
Call inside the app. Camera off and privacy-blurred until you have both revealed.
Read receipts & presence
Sent, delivered, seen — and "Active now", for Platin members.
Safety
Tools for the moment something feels off.
